zero tolerance knives

   Well I have been avoiding going to the gun shop or sporting goods sections/ stores. because I do not want to spend any cash on anything currently.  I have been paying down bills and pushing extra cash into comic books and records.  for my side business of doing cons around the tristate area.  I enjoy selling books and records at shows and the extra cash helps.  I know what you are thinking wat does this have to do with zero tolerance knives? short answer nothing long answer again nothing lol  BUT I did get a new knife. and yep its  a ZT. 

   But Mike you said you were not spending any cash of anything new at the moment and yes that is 100 percent correct.  and no ZT did not send me a free blade or any thing.   I get it because my normal day to day job has a program called I THRIVE and we got points.  and I was able to convert my points into a gift card from a large out doors box store and I added just under 30 bucks and grabbed two knives.  Ill post on one at the moment the ZERO TOLERANCE 0770cf assisted opening with carbon fiber scales.  I wanted a second ZT in the fold I already have a one the Ken Onion with the tiger stripes and I loved it the fit finish heft every thing about it was just right.   So I wanted a second I try to have at least two examples of a company in my collection.  I want hunting for a second example now I have been doing so for quite some time and just never found one that gave me that warm fuzzy feeling.  Now I use my own cash on my reviews and collection I don't have any help no onlyfans or anything haha.  so when I buy I know exactly what I'm getting. So armed with a nice gift card and some down time I went back on the prowl  and found the 0770cf  the price was a bit over 200 bucks but Ill do some stats

  with that out the way lets talk about the knife its self.  It is so light and almost like a feather in the hand the carbon fiber pulls a lot of weigh off it and the use of high end modern steel also aids in the weight reduction,  the half inch shy of 8 inches makes it a very nice every day carry choice.  you can choose your preference in carry style.  and the CMP S35VN steel holds a fantastic edge and is easily sharpen 

now I have only owned this for less that 24 hours at the moment of typing this into my computer so after I have carried and used it a bit I will circle back to this and post a second post on the knife and let you all know how I feel about it after the honey moon is over with it.

WELL THAT ESCALATED QUICKLY

      I have been dealing with a lot of pain in my hands, wrists and arm for a little over two years now.  My right hand was always the worst of the two.  It got to the point where I cannot sleep, loosing feeling and in constant pain.  It feels like a match in lit in my wrist and as the day rolls on it becomes a blow torch.  I finally spoke with my PCP about it and got a referral to see a specialist.  and after a battery of testing its determined that I need an operation, at first it was carpal tunnel in my wrist but after speaking with the surgeon it was found I also need a operation on my nerve leading into the thumb on my right hand as well as an operation on my right elbow so four places need operated in total.  man, when I go big, I GO BIG I guess.      I'm hoping all this will clear up all the pain I'm in.  I need sleep and to be human once again.  I have several irons in the fire and need to be healthy.  I...

      On average I do an article on something in the news, foreign policy, economic, of something relevant in our world culture.  But today I want to switch gears and do a short peace on friends and the need for what I call a 2am friend.     Yes, there are differing rungs of friendship. and well start at the bottom.  the work buddy they are the guys you work with at the office, shop or field with.  you are friendly with one another have a level of trust knowing that if something happens to go sideways, they will try to help you.  You bust one another's chops, kid around and when the day ends you may tip a beer or two every once and a while.      Moving up is ladder is your neighbor they live next door and if you are lucky, you get along with them have cookout the kids play with each other.  You watch one and other property when away borrow a cup of sugar or help when the lawn mower brakes.  this friend knows a little ...
