Americas:  Obama was reportedly working against the Harris campaign.  He said Biden needed to be replaced after the debate where Trump clearly won.  Obama also thought Harris was a bad candidate and wanted another individual but with DEI and the fact that the Biden / Harris team already had hundreds of millions of dollars, and it needed to go to her or be lost due to rules.  "Signal gate" is not gaining traction in the media if you don't know what this is it was when the top members of the Trump administration used a non-governmental communication encrypted texting app.  they were discussing the fighting with the Houthis in Yemen.  Trump placed more tariffs on most incoming items from around the world.  the steel, aluminum, car industries all have had 25% placed on them as of today.  This is making economists worry that a economic slowdown is on the way.  the EU (European Union) have stated that they have plans to fight back against the oncoming Tariffs levied by the Trump Admin.  Tesla stock is sliding due to a coordinated economic attack against the company due to Musk and his role in DOGE there have been attacks on charging stations, dealer ships, and individual car owners.  Must is calling for the arrest of the people behind the program.  The GOP are currently trying to repeal the lizard act this will expand energy exploration in the US.

ASIA: China is restricting investments in the US, China is afraid it is losing its grip on Hing Kong there is an important port deal with CK Hutchinson and it is not going as planned.  The United States have reaffirmed its commitment to Taiwan.  India is expanding its renewable energy investments with solar energy.

Mid-East:  Iran is starting to slowly back away from its commitments with the Houthis and are also sitting down with the west talking about their nuclear programs.  Iran states it does NOT have a nuclear bomb.  and is not trying to a bomb as well.  the West does not believe the Iranians and are making there presence felt as putting pressure on the regime to abandon any and all nuclear efforts both civilian and military.  Iran also states it is ready to fight a war against the America as well as strike the US mainland.  Putin also weighed in on the nuclear argument saying to not make a strike against the Iranian Nuclear Power station.  it will be perceived as a act of aggression.  the West shrugged the Russians warning off.

Europe / Russia: Putin out right rejected the last round of peace talks with the Ukraine.  It looks like he feels the momentum is with him and the west will abandon their support soon.  Putin also called up another 160 thousand men via draft to fight in the war. Germany is now placing forces along the Russian borders.  the EU is talking about reinstating the draft in fears of a escalation.  France is telling its citizens to start prepping and keeping extra food, water, fuel and meds for "emergencies".

its big its beautiful its a bill ITS A BIG BEAUTIFUL BILL

      The big, beautiful bill contained some NFA items in it.  If you followed the bill, you would know what I am talking about. It held language regarding suppressors and shirt barrel rifles.  the hope was to have them removed from the NFA.  What does that mean?  well in laymen terms the feds wanted to have the SBR and all suppressors removed from the registry and that would take away the tax stamp needed to legally own one of these items.      If you want to legally possess a short barrel rifle (SBR) or a suppressor (silencer) you needed to go to a class three FFL, fill out paperwork, have papers signed by the local sheriff and turn in fingerprints an pay a 200-dollar tax stamp fee.  All this paperwork was then sent to the BATF and you waited.  the weight time was in most cases close to a year before you got the thumbs up or down. all this was just stupid and unnecessary.  it was like bureaucratic busy work. ...

WELL THAT ESCALATED QUICKLY

      I have been dealing with a lot of pain in my hands, wrists and arm for a little over two years now.  My right hand was always the worst of the two.  It got to the point where I cannot sleep, loosing feeling and in constant pain.  It feels like a match in lit in my wrist and as the day rolls on it becomes a blow torch.  I finally spoke with my PCP about it and got a referral to see a specialist.  and after a battery of testing its determined that I need an operation, at first it was carpal tunnel in my wrist but after speaking with the surgeon it was found I also need a operation on my nerve leading into the thumb on my right hand as well as an operation on my right elbow so four places need operated in total.  man, when I go big, I GO BIG I guess.      I'm hoping all this will clear up all the pain I'm in.  I need sleep and to be human once again.  I have several irons in the fire and need to be healthy.  I...

      On average I do an article on something in the news, foreign policy, economic, of something relevant in our world culture.  But today I want to switch gears and do a short peace on friends and the need for what I call a 2am friend.     Yes, there are differing rungs of friendship. and well start at the bottom.  the work buddy they are the guys you work with at the office, shop or field with.  you are friendly with one another have a level of trust knowing that if something happens to go sideways, they will try to help you.  You bust one another's chops, kid around and when the day ends you may tip a beer or two every once and a while.      Moving up is ladder is your neighbor they live next door and if you are lucky, you get along with them have cookout the kids play with each other.  You watch one and other property when away borrow a cup of sugar or help when the lawn mower brakes.  this friend knows a little ...
