     The American intelligence agencies have been warning of an incoming attack from Iran for as a reprisal for the US aiding the Israelis in the Nuclear strikes.  

    Now there are some reports coming out of the region that attacks have started.  Iran have started launching missiles at American bases in Qatar and Iraq.  A total of 6 missiles have been detected against the two bases.   No reports from the US have come out stating damages, deaths or if the missiles have been destroyed while inbound to the targets.  

    Several countries in the area have all closed air space no allowing Iran to let any strikes against the US or Isriel to fly over / threw their air space the UAE, KUWAIT, QATAR, is the full list of nations who closed their space for security reasons.  

    Putin held a meeting with Iran's foreign minister Abbas Araghich and nothing come out of the meeting with Putin and Russia openly condemning the bombing's of the nuclear sights but Putin and Russia have made NO promises of aid to Iran.  leaving Iran once alone in the battle saying the best thing they can do is try to negotiate a off ramp.

    Saudi Arabia made a statement saying that the attacks on the US assets in the region is a big mistake and needs walked back.    

    The only card Iran can play in this war is to act tough talk hard, do a few strikes and then come to the negotiating table.  Iran has no help, and the only people that are promising aid is weak and have no power to do much if anything at all.

WELL THAT ESCALATED QUICKLY

      I have been dealing with a lot of pain in my hands, wrists and arm for a little over two years now.  My right hand was always the worst of the two.  It got to the point where I cannot sleep, loosing feeling and in constant pain.  It feels like a match in lit in my wrist and as the day rolls on it becomes a blow torch.  I finally spoke with my PCP about it and got a referral to see a specialist.  and after a battery of testing its determined that I need an operation, at first it was carpal tunnel in my wrist but after speaking with the surgeon it was found I also need a operation on my nerve leading into the thumb on my right hand as well as an operation on my right elbow so four places need operated in total.  man, when I go big, I GO BIG I guess.      I'm hoping all this will clear up all the pain I'm in.  I need sleep and to be human once again.  I have several irons in the fire and need to be healthy.  I...

      On average I do an article on something in the news, foreign policy, economic, of something relevant in our world culture.  But today I want to switch gears and do a short peace on friends and the need for what I call a 2am friend.     Yes, there are differing rungs of friendship. and well start at the bottom.  the work buddy they are the guys you work with at the office, shop or field with.  you are friendly with one another have a level of trust knowing that if something happens to go sideways, they will try to help you.  You bust one another's chops, kid around and when the day ends you may tip a beer or two every once and a while.      Moving up is ladder is your neighbor they live next door and if you are lucky, you get along with them have cookout the kids play with each other.  You watch one and other property when away borrow a cup of sugar or help when the lawn mower brakes.  this friend knows a little ...
