well, the weekend was a fun time right? ugh ...

    The weekend was a roller coaster ride for the country as well as the world.  California come out the gate strong earlier in the week with rioting over the ICE deportations taking place all over the state but mostly in the LA area.  The citizens were throwing rocks, fireworks and gas bombs, looting and arson all broke out in areas around the city.  Friday also brought us one step closer to midnight with Israel declaring was on Iran and delivering a devastating first strike targeting Iran's NUCLEAR facilities as well as their air defenses.  killing four of the top leaders on the regime two of the heads of the military and two of the leading nuclear scientists.  Iran struck back with some 200 drones and missiles most of which were intercepted by the Iron Dome defense system.  but since the initial attack the two nations have been in a tit for tat scenario where it looks Israel has the upper hand.  reports have it the inside Iran there is celebrations that Israel is doing this.  the young people of Iran are sick of the repressive Islamic state and would like a liberation.  the United States is giving milled support to Israel with shooting down incoming drones and missiles.  Some are stating that Israel is leading the United States into a new regional war, but I don't see that taking place.  Trump Knows the base does not want a new war.  and if we enter one it may damage the Trump agenda. But this is only speculation on my part.  I feel that Israel looked at the picture and realized this is the best time for a strike against the Iranian regime. Hasbullah is in crumbles, the Houthi rebels were effectively neutered, but the Americans and Hamas is all but destroyed by Isalei operations in Gaza.  Iran is weak all their proxy fighters are gone.  The political climate in the country is ripe for change and Isriel decided it's time to flip the switch and topple the Islamic republic headed by Ali Khamenei.  they are using the nuclear card as the reason for the decision to destroy the system.  I do not think this is going to be a walk in the park, but I feel Israel does hold most the cards in this situation.  

    Saturday here in the states there is a ''grass roots'' protests across the country titled ''NO KINGS DAY'' the organizers stated hundreds of thousands will peacefully protest Trump across the country in thousands of protests in every city, but it was not as large as the organizers hoped the protest did take place thankfully not a lot of violence took place in their numbers were a lot less then hoped for. as this was taking place the largest Military parade this country ever held was Saturday as well for the 250 birthday of the US Army. 

    Russia started their summer Push on the Ukraine but has fallen flat on itself.  and have only been able to take a small handful of villages.   the meat grinder is starting to take its toll on the former Soviet Bear.  a Russian air force piolet downed his own wing man by accident since they don't have a working AWAX system since operation spiderweb. the Russians moved the remaining strategic bombers deeper into the interior of the country now a bombing rain with them will take well over 26 hours.  

    Sunday was Father's Day. I took the day off from the news I needed the brake. I went comic book hunting as well as toy hunting enjoyed a pizza with family and relaxed!

WELL THAT ESCALATED QUICKLY

      I have been dealing with a lot of pain in my hands, wrists and arm for a little over two years now.  My right hand was always the worst of the two.  It got to the point where I cannot sleep, loosing feeling and in constant pain.  It feels like a match in lit in my wrist and as the day rolls on it becomes a blow torch.  I finally spoke with my PCP about it and got a referral to see a specialist.  and after a battery of testing its determined that I need an operation, at first it was carpal tunnel in my wrist but after speaking with the surgeon it was found I also need a operation on my nerve leading into the thumb on my right hand as well as an operation on my right elbow so four places need operated in total.  man, when I go big, I GO BIG I guess.      I'm hoping all this will clear up all the pain I'm in.  I need sleep and to be human once again.  I have several irons in the fire and need to be healthy.  I...

      On average I do an article on something in the news, foreign policy, economic, of something relevant in our world culture.  But today I want to switch gears and do a short peace on friends and the need for what I call a 2am friend.     Yes, there are differing rungs of friendship. and well start at the bottom.  the work buddy they are the guys you work with at the office, shop or field with.  you are friendly with one another have a level of trust knowing that if something happens to go sideways, they will try to help you.  You bust one another's chops, kid around and when the day ends you may tip a beer or two every once and a while.      Moving up is ladder is your neighbor they live next door and if you are lucky, you get along with them have cookout the kids play with each other.  You watch one and other property when away borrow a cup of sugar or help when the lawn mower brakes.  this friend knows a little ...
